I've been building in the online education space since before "course creator" was a job title - back in 2015 when Thinkific made me one of their first recognized experts. For a decade, I helped thousands of entrepreneurs package their expertise into courses that actually sold. And it worked. Until it didn't.
AI didn't just change the game - it broke the board. Students stopped buying information they could get from ChatGPT. Traffic patterns collapsed. The strategies I'd been teaching were no longer working. So I had a choice: keep selling the old playbook and watch it become irrelevant, or burn it down and rebuild. I chose the latter.
Now I'm deep in the messy middle of figuring out what course businesses look like when information is free - testing AI tools, rebuilding systems, and adapting as fast as the tech changes. This community is where I'm doing some of that work, alongside other business owners who refuse to be left behind.
